Schedule Your Inspection

Condo / Townhome

  • Condominium or Townhome inspection follows the same principles as a standard home inspection, but there are a few distinctions. We will evaluate the interior spaces as usual, and you may also request additional components—such as the roof—to be included in the scope of the inspection.

Multi-Unit

  • Multi‑Unit inspection evaluates properties with two to four separate living spaces. Much like a standard home inspection, it covers each unit thoroughly, ensuring that all major systems and components are reviewed. It’s essential to inspect every unit individually, since each one may present its own distinct issues.

Additional Services

  • Granny Flat - A smaller living space located on the same property as a primary home. An inspection of a granny flat follows the same standards as a traditional home inspection, with a thorough review of its systems and components

  • Guest House (Detached) - A separate living space located on the same property as the main home. An inspection of a guest house follows the same standards as a traditional home inspection, with a full review of its systems and components.

  • Reinspection With Report - After repairs are completed, we return to confirm the work and provide a clear report. This ensures issues were properly addressed and gives buyers confidence before closing.

  • Reinspection Without Report - We return to verify agreed‑upon repairs and provide on‑site feedback, without issuing a written report.

Single Family Residence

  • Buyer’s Inspection - Typical home inspection designed to uncover common issues, giving you clear insight into the condition of the property and confidence in the investment you’re about to make.

  • Seller’s pre-listing inspection - Many sellers choose to have a home inspection before listing, using the report as a guide for repairs and improvements. While this can be helpful, most buyers will still want their own independent inspection to ensure they have a clear, unbiased understanding of the property’s condition.
